Please read this Membership Policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions associated with our membership plans.
1. Membership Plans
1.1. Yearly Subscription: We offer a yearly membership plan that allows manufacturers to add and edit detailed information about their business on Go Trade Turkiye. This subscription provides access to enhanced features and the ability to showcase comprehensive business profiles.
1.2. Fees: The membership plan may be subject to a subscription fee. The fee and payment details will be provided during the subscription process.
1.3. Subscription Renewal: Your membership plan will be automatically renewed on a yearly basis, and the subscription fee will be charged unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
2. Profile Editing and Content
2.1. Profile Editing: Manufacturers with an active membership plan have the ability to edit and update their business profiles on Go Trade Turkiye, adding detailed information, images, and other relevant content.
2.2. Non-Refundable: Please note that once a manufacturer’s profile is edited or updated, the subscription fee is non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for the membership plan once you have used the editing feature or made any updates to your business profile.
3. Membership Plan Cancellation
3.1. Cancellation Request: Manufacturers can request to cancel their membership plan at any time. Cancellation requests should be made through the platform or by contacting our customer support.
3.2. No Pro-Rated Refunds: Please be aware that we do not offer pro-rated refunds for the remaining period of your subscription if you decide to cancel your membership plan before the renewal date.
4. Changes to Membership Plans
Go Trade Turkiye reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue membership plans or change subscription fees at any time. We will provide advance notice of such changes to subscribers.
